Ch. RT1938 4CC1938 Vindicator was handled by Mrs. Peggy Phillip's sister, Eva Weatherill, and occasionally by Col Stephen Phillips. He was a real aristocrat, beautifully made, he teemed with quality & was a great character. He was to become a very successful sire.
